JoJo's NY Style Pizza is always fresh, I read one of the other reviews where they said JoJo's cheese is not real. I'm not from Italy, nor NY so I don't know. But I can tell one thing, compared to other places I've been to JoJo's Pizza is a lot better than Casola's in Miami. They are the only ones who give you the "BIG SLICE" btw the pictures I posted is of the 30" inch pizza.
